Auburndale Soccer Club has been the youth soccer home of Queens since 1977. Nearly fifty years of nonprofit, community-led youth soccer for the families of Bayside, Flushing, Auburndale, Whitestone, Fresh Meadows, Little Neck, Douglaston, and Astoria — plus Long Island families who cross the line for what Auburndale offers.
We're not a corporate academy or a travel-only operation. We're the on-ramp for kids who've never touched a ball, the development path for young players who want to compete, and the long-term home for families who stay through the high school years.
Auburndale's Premier Travel program develops players for the next level — D1, D2, D3, NAIA, and JUCO. Eight years of high-level training, NCAA Eligibility Center guidance, VEO highlight reels, College ID camps, and showcase tournament exposure put Queens players in front of the right college coaches at the right time.
A look at what every Auburndale weekend looks like — from First Kicks to Premier Travel, across every field we play on.
"Mi hija signed up for Intramural at 7 not knowing anything about soccer. By the end of spring she was the kid telling teammates where to go. I don't know what they did but it stuck."
"Coach actually plans practices. Gives real feedback. Talks to parents. After one season here my daughter improved more than she had in two years at our old club."
"Tried two other Queens clubs before Auburndale. Most felt like glorified babysitting. Auburndale actually runs like a soccer club — schedules go out on time, coaches show up prepared, kids develop."
