CONSTITUTION

The name of this organization shall be the Auburndale Soccer Club, Inc.

Article II: Club Mission

It is the mission of the organization to instruct and develop skills and sportsmanship through the sport of soccer among the youth in New York City and neighboring counties, using the principles of positive coaching. Also to teach "life lessons" that has value beyond the playing field. To encourage the participation of adults and youth within New York City and neighboring counties, to become involved in the organization of soccer leagues and tournaments as an assist in the development of the Auburndale Soccer Club; also as an aid in the combating of juvenile delinquency. To participate in any league or competition which will assist in the encouragement of amateur soccer in the community.

Affiliation

The organization shall be affiliated with the United State Soccer Association, Eastern New York Youth Soccer Association, Inc. and the Long Island Junior Soccer League. The organization will at all times recognize the authority, rulings and laws of these bodies.

Colors

The Organization colors shall be Green and White

Article III: Headquarters

The official headquarters of the organization shall be located within our principal area of endeavor, within the northeastern section of the Borough of Queens in the City of New York. All General and annual meeting shall be held at a location specified within that area as directed by the board of the directors of the organization.
